How I Support Post-Conviction Cases
Post-conviction work is not one path. It is a range of possible avenues that must be evaluated carefully based on the facts of the case and what has already been litigated. I support attorneys and their clients by working behind the scenes to develop clear, well-structured materials and strategic insight that can be used in active cases.

Research and drafting support for § 2255 and § 2254 petitions, including successive filings and claims that require careful factual development. - Sentence Reduction and Compassionate Release

How the Process Works
Each case begins with a focused discussion to understand the current posture and determine how I can contribute. If it makes sense to move forward, I begin reviewing the available materials and identifying the key issues, gaps, and opportunities.
From there, I provide ongoing support through research, analysis, and drafting that can be used by the client and their legal team as the case progresses.
